Anyone giving you a single fixed number sight-unseen is either lying or about to upcharge you. A range is honest — it absorbs the small surprises (heavier-than-expected items, harder access, hidden stairs) without nickel-and-diming you.
Labor, the truck, fuel, dump fees, sales tax. The number you see is the number you pay. No fuel surcharge, no separate dump-fee bill, no "stairs fee" surprise.
10% off junk removal and hauling for seniors (65+) and military/first-responders. Just mention at booking — no special form needed.
Up to you, never expected. They're paid hourly + bonuses, not on commission. If you want to, $20–$40 per crew member is normal in our area.
None if you cancel 24+ hours before. Same-day cancellation: $50 to cover crew time. Re-book within 14 days and we credit the $50.
